The Jamboree Housing Corporation plans to spend $12 million in bonds to buy and also renovate a large apartment building in Fairfield, the Monument Arms Apartments.
The 92-unit apartment complex was built in 1972. Jamboree Housing Corporation may paint the building, and put on a new roof. Jamboree Housing Corporation may also install new cabinets, counters and increase the energy efficiency.
